After working directly with clients as a Solutions Architect and Automation Evangelist, I had the opportunity to create a new offering and team. I lead our scaled customer experience function - working with customers to showcase the value and potential of automation and working with internal teams to design and implement our scaled go to market offering. Prior to Tray, I was a Managing Consultant at IBM where I helped clients transform their business processes by leveraging cloud technologies and custom application development.
