My role was to work with VARs, Systems Integrators, Software Developers, and Telecommunications Agents to help them build a profitable Cloud Practice as well as end-users with IT responsibilites where IaaS could be part of their architecture in any way, particularly those that are currently running VMware or thinking about implementing VMware.

I worked with VARs, interconnects, PBX manufacturers, and anyone providing technology solutions by helping them sell their solutions in conjunction with PAETEC's data and voice communications services.

I was brought in to create a Channel Sales program. Unfortunately the program was ended within weeks of my hire when they experienced severe financial difficulties and restructured the sales and marketing focus.

As Director of Business Development and Product Management, I was responsible for creating and sustaining mutually beneficial partnerships with manufacturers of IP PBXs and SIP Software Providers, as well as interfacing with Industry Associations and other organizations comprising the ecosystem surrounding SIP. I also had responsibility for overseeing the development and positioning of Broadvox's product and service set in response to customer and partner needs and industry developments.
