Current• Maintains and continually grows SEND’s existing customer relationships, load volumes, and revenues by optimizing the shipping relationship and experience for each customer and delivering creative solutions• Grew key accounts under management by 77% and 673% in one year• Manages key accounts with portfolio gross revenue of $9m+ annually• 5,000+ shipments annually • Builds strong, authentic relationships with customer contacts• Maintains ongoing communication with each Customer, regularly inquiring about shipping needs and desired value• Exceeds load count and revenue goals for customers under management• Quotes new lanes and complete RFPs• Uses spiderwebbing for inside sales with current customers, shippers, and receivers• Updates customer rates based on current market • Generates customer documentation and SOP’s for order entry, rates, accessorials, issue management, customer contacts, and customer communication requirements, and uploads documentation to Turvo as part of the Customer Profile• Monitors customer issues and provides resolutions
