After 12 years as an adjuster and claims manager, I set out on my own by founding E-Claim.com in 1999. Our flagship product, ClickClaims, is used by 10s of thousands of adjusters, primarily in the aftermath of natural and man-made disasters. We have licensed our products to approximately 75 companies and recently licensed a customized application for maritime claims management, to a large insurance carrier. My goal is to continually set the standard in this industry for cutting-edge solutions that improve efficiencies and allow users to deliver exceptional claims service to the insured.Also, I currently serve as a triage committee member for the LA TechAssist program, which provides technology consulting and grants to New Orleans area businesses.
