It should be stored using supplier code or in alphabetical order. Records must be retained for auditing and tax purposes for up to ten years.-Maintain an effective filing system for paid invoices. Should be stored based on reference code or in alphabetical order.-Make sure any paid invoice has copy of bank payment slip and stamped as “PAID”.-Aging of account payable has to be printed for analysis and reconciliation and submit to Financial Controller to review. -Setting priority on payment of fixed cost and contractual invoice.-Ensuring payment to suppliers should be by bank transfer.-Ensuring payment by cheque should be minimized and permitted in certain condition only.-Ensuring there should be “name of pay the cheque to” and cross the bearer on check to avoid being cash by unauthorized person. -Organize all foreign drafts and telegraphic transfer where required. -Ensuring record all cheque in manual log book. -Helping Financial Controller with end month report.

-Record all transaction including invoice, delivery orders, and stock opname. -Ensuring all sales report match with delivery orders and bonus calculation. -Ensuring all delivery orders match with stock card. Communicate well with store clerk. -Ensuring petty cash well handled. • Bank reconciliation.

-Calculating income tax 21, 23, 25, and 4(2). -Making payroll report at the end of closed year. -Ensuring all tax invoices are match with the report. -Making annual tax return.
