• • Act as Project Manager project for the establishment of the computer and communication network infrastructure for the new FAB28 factory in Kiryat Gat.• Strategize the technical guidance and protocols to be adhered to as it relates to the UTP code for the “clean room”, utilizing cable brand such as PANDUIT, SYSTEMAX and BELDEN, etc.• As Primary Project manager (PPM), work with the cross functional project managers to eliminate overlaps; ensure dependencies are understood and projects planned accordingly and risk mitigation plans are in place for the individual projects.• Manage the tasks allocations; establish strategy and road-map, milestone and overall delivery plan.• Designs and implement planning activities that ensure a successful operation including business forecasting, internal & external client communications, and adherence to and improvement upon various policies and procedures. • Work with local vendors and establishing a work model, contracts and RFQ’s when applicable.
