In this internship my roles were as follow:1. Review and evaluate ERP/404 Program permit applications for conformance to state and federal rules and regulations. 2. Performs site inspections, as necessary, in support of permit inspections and compliance. 3. Responsible for the accurate and timely entry of required data and system information into agency databases and Oculus. 4. Participate in effective communication meetings and other staff meetings as needed. 5. Answer phone calls related to Environmental Resource Permits and provide accurate and up to date information to the caller. 6.Explore other programs (Air, DEAR, IW/DW, etc.) to expand knowledge of different programs.

In this role, I made and managed the social media platforms for a new company. Social media platforms include: Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter). Constructed weekly posts highlighting the different services NCBC offered to their clients. Additionally, I made a link tree profile and uploaded website and social media information. Lastly, I oversaw the website updates and provided feedback to the CEO/Founder.

In this role, I worked in Guest Services assisting guests with returns, purchases, and registry information. Additionally, I worked on Order Pickups and Drive-ups to ensure that guests received all of their items in a timely manner.

In this role, I worked under the policy team at IFAW. During my three years there I worked in many areas including conservation policy, cyber crime, and disaster relief. This role included policy research and writing tasks, such as analyzing U.S. federal and state laws impacting disaster response and animal rescue; worked with cross-sectoral coalitions and partners; and otherwise supported IFAW’s wildlife conservation mission. Additionally, I worked with IFAW leadership in multiple regions to address wildlife trafficking facilitated through online commerce and communications sites, helping to develop strategies for monitoring and enforcement.
