Global Miles eXchange was an Internet start-up company involved in the trading, redemption and buying/selling of airline frequent flyer miles. Responsible for all technical aspects of the company. Managed engagement with 3rd party firm for detailed application design and development. Negotiated contract terms with 3rd party hosting vendor. Actively participated in sales calls and provided technical consulting services for venture capital firm.

Managed and lead the implementation of AIG’s first web site www.aig.com, first dynamic web application (AccessAIG) (http://access.aig.com), first content management solution, first CRM solution (National Broker Database) and first ecommerce site (AIG Travel). During my tenure at AIG the scope of my responsibilities grew from managing a single application with no dedicated to staff to managing most online systems and a staff of 10 developers and analysts. My main responsibilities included the overall management of my staff, providing technology direction, project management, budget estimation/control and acting as the liaison between business and IT.
