Olympic Games represent a strong moment of the human unity and an accumulation of positive energy which reaches its peak once in four years. But this energy goes down after the Games. However, the continuity of the Olympic movement is needed.The preservation of the Earth is also one of biggest challenges of the 21stcentury. Since 1994, ecology is indeed becoming part of the Olympic movement and the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and National Olympic Committees link this issue with, among others, the struggle against doping by promoting an environmentally clean sport.Supported by the Lithuanian Olympic Committee and it’s president Arturas POVILIUNAS, this project symbolizes, through the sculpture of a tree, the harmony between culture, nature and sport. This sculpture would be located in different cities where the Olympic Games have already been organized.The sculpture, a tree:-12 meters (39 feet) high-3 components:-> The podium, made in granite with the footprints of the athletes-> The trunk, made of non-stainless steel and engraved with thenames of all the medalists-> 3 sets of branches representing sport, culture and environment (and personalized in colours and symbols)-An interactive borne will be located next to the scupture.
