I had the opportunity to become a business partner and stock owner of a small company who commercialized a Gourmet Seasoning product with retail companies.The challenge was that the company was in red numbers, and we had to make it profitable to be able to sell it. During my first year with them I created a Shopify store for their products (they weren't selling them online before) and started selling them in online marketplaces (Amazon and Mercado Libre). I oversaw all aspects of the ecommerce operation. I worked on integrating the store with our shipping provider to automate the shipping; created a strategy of sales funnels to drive orders and traffic to the store.After about a year and a half the company was profitable again and we were able to sell it with a bigger profit than the goal we had established. After the sell I was hired as a consultad by the new owners. Was in charge of the onboarding process for their brands to the cornershop app, of optimizing the product descriptions and keywords for search engines and negotiating promotions campaings reach and cost. Participated in a replatforming of their ecommerce.There I worked in several ecommerce projects to help their clients increase sales online, sell in different channels / marketplaces, improve their positioning in Google, attract new traffic to their stores, develop abandoned cart strategies, maintain and retain existing customers (campaigns), generate up-selling strategies, strategies to increase AOV, add scarcity appropriately, trust icons, coupons, promotions and so much more.I learned about digital commerce, how to build a traffic strategy for a new site, the power of sales funnels, digital marketing, storytelling, copywriting, content creation, retail, distribution, logistics, marketplaces, M&A, business strategies, and that true kindness is very rewarding.

Started as a customer service rep in 2004, 6 months later I was promoted to Quality Assurance Agent and a year later was promoted to Workforce Analyst. • Capacity planning and schedule optimization for all customer service agents to fully cover our client's operation dates and times.• Distribution of matching-schedule agents in workstations to maximize space and computer usage.• Training conferences to new hire groups (from 40 to 80 people per group). We had bilingual groups so I gave conferences in Spanish and in English.• Process optimization. • Developed a program to automatically upload the new schedules to our system (we did the changes manually before), the process went from taking 24 hrs to about 3 hours.I learned VBA for excel macros, that being a good public speaker can be very powerful, that being consistent takes you places, and how to be an adult.
