Founded Eirios to help ecommerce businesses with their fulfilment and export strategies. Eirios provides fulfilment and third-party logistics (3PL) services as well as export and growth consultancy for online direct-to-consumer retail businesses.

Built from zero a group of popular, growing and profitable ecommerce brands, operating in the UK and North America, with all products made in Britain. 7-figure revenues and over £60k donated to charities and good causes.

Led teams of managers, supervisors and frontline staff working for the oldest and most complex mass transit system in the world. I had responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of stations on the Piccadilly and District lines, station renovations and upgrades, implementation of business change programmes, and the management of 150 staff and a £4m budget on the Russell Square Group. Motivating, coaching, navigating disputes and supporting people were the best parts. Left the company in order to develop my own ventures in ecommerce.

A variety of roles, from supervising stations to computer modelling to driving a train for two weeks. I presented my modelling work at the 2008 European Transport Conference in the Netherlands.
