I have over two decades of experience conducting complex civil litigation in trial and appellate courts at the state and federal level throughout New York and across the country. I regularly represent domestic and foreign companies, partnerships, universities, corporate directors and officers, as well as individual parties in cases involving corporate governance, ERISA, commercial disputes, patent and trademark infringement, False Claims Act matters, trade secret misappropriation, employment discrimination, non-competition agreements, securities fraud, anti-trust claims, including class actions, collective actions, shareholder derivative suits, and other multi-party cases. I am the Immediate Past President of the Northern District of New York Federal Court Bar Association, where I have also served as Co-Chair of the CLE Committee.
