I also handle relations with these clients generally on behalf of the firm. I handle all aspects of employment, industrial and trade union law, regularly advising a wide number of trades unions on their own needs as well as advising their members . I have a particular emphasis on collective and policy matters; including trade union and industrial law, pensions law as well as public law and human rights-related employment issues. I have advised on the rules and procedures governing numerous trade unions and have wide experience in advising trade unions on mergers, internal disputes and industrial action issues, and acting in defending Certification Officer complaints.I have advised extensively in relation to the implications of GDPR for trade unions. I have conducted numerous judicial review applications in public sector employment rights issues, and acted for a wide range of individual claimants in a wide range of industries, with particular experience in whistleblowing cases.
