As a Talent Acquisition Partner, I focus on bringing new talent to the organization mainly across Europe in order to support Novocure's fast growth.

Responsible for managing a team of recruiters, overseeing their performance, coaching, training, and planning team strategies to achieve our business goals.In parallel, I remained engaged in the full recruitment life cycle, supporting our clients' talent needs and bringing new talent to our team.Additionally, I managed the account for one of our top five clients, a mid-sized pharma organization headquartered in Switzerland, until January 2023.

As a 360º Consultant, I was responsible for recruiting Europe-based talent and managing client acquisition, development, and account management within the life sciences industry.My focus was on the Clinical Research and Medical Affairs teams in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and medical device organizations. I supported Hoffmann-La Roche and Idorsia Pharmaceuticals by serving as the primary contact between their recruitment teams and our organization.Simultaneously, I trained and managed two Talent Associates responsible for finding the right candidates for roles in my categories. Together, we executed the full recruitment life cycle, achieving a 35% fill ratio in contract recruitment for top pharma companies.

I started as an individual contributor and, within a few months, began building a team.I was responsible for the onboarding and performance reviews of two junior recruiters. Together, we were accountable for deploying highly specialized talent across Europe.While settling in, I managed the account for Hoffmann-La Roche in their collaboration with contract agencies. Simultaneously, I carried out business development within the pharma industry, particularly liaising with Clinical Research teams.

I worked with and for mid-sized to start-up life sciences companies, mainly in the pharmaceutical sector. As an Account Manager, I served as the main point of contact for several organizations regarding their contracting recruitment needs.I consulted with both clients and talent to align their wishes with their needs, ensuring the best match between candidates and roles.

My responsibilities encompassed the entire recruitment life cycle, from job posting to counter-offer management. As an Associate Consultant, I familiarized myself with the life sciences industry, focusing mainly on pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. In a short span of time, I quickly adapted to contract recruitment while simultaneously handling permanent recruitment. I worked on various roles, from pre-clinical to late-phase clinical research.

I started as a Trainee and progressed to become a 360º Consultant, specializing in recruiting Human Resources professionals within the 'soft' industries such as Retail, Pharma, FMCG, Services, and Hospitality. While in Mexico, I supported the region encompassing Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.Later, I had the opportunity to relocate with my manager to Madrid, Spain. Although my role remained the same, I shifted my focus to recruiting B2B Sales & Marketing professionals for Madrid, Central Spain, and the Canary Islands.Over two years, I gained experience in the full recruitment cycle, from opening roles in internal systems and posting them on internal and external databases, to screening, interviewing, head-hunting, and conducting proactive searches. I also managed candidates through the interview process and handled offer and counter-offer negotiations.

Building on my prior experience in AIESEC, where I coordinated international programs for recent graduates, I transitioned to the International Affairs department of my alma mater. Over the course of a year, my role focused on fostering partnerships with national and international universities to promote student mobility. Concurrently, I cultivated relationships with non-profit organizations to enrich the department's program offerings. I was responsible for program promotion, advertising, database management, and operational strategy development.
