Implement and lead projects/initiatives with credibility and influence in the organization. Self-direct daily activities, responsibly utilize resources, realize interdependencies, and drive execution. Help manage learning and employee development programs and functions, analyze needs, document, improve processes, develop training, understand instructional design and technological needs. Create and implement computer-based training. Engage in performance consulting with subject matter experts to determine training needs and solutions. Utilize a competency-based learning approach to guide employee learning and development. Develop coordinated knowledge management principles and efforts across the organization. Use computer applications and course authoring software tools. Prepare leader and participant guides, learning activities, reference guides, job-aids, storyboards, video scripts, design documents, e-Learning modules, pre-work, post-work, and train-the-trainer materials. Create design templates and transfer developed content into templates. Assist in the development of new Operator and new Supervisor curriculum and competencies. Build cross-functional relationships. Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management. Assist with the development of strategic plans. Report to Training Administrator and members of management on training progress. Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations. Create testing and evaluation processes. Provide and develop classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops. Provide performance feedback. Manage learning activities and records in Learning Management System.
