In the year 2007, I started my career as a GIZ consultant with BKMEA. To enhance entrepreneurial capacities of RMG sector worked closely with trade bodies, development partners, GoB and civil society. Achievements were the editor for Quarterly newsletter The Knit Communique, published working papers, fact books and research papers on contemporary issues on RMG industry. Performed project manager position for skill development projects with GoB, Knit Villagedevelopment project with IFC-BICF. Alumni of Regulatory Reforms Core Group (RRCG) lead by the World Bank. I switched job to Bangladesh Foreign Trade Institute in 2009 and worked as a World Bank Resource person with Ministry of Commerce. Bilateral and multi-lateral trade facility development, WTO issues, Liasion, trade research, national policies and budgets were my area.I believe that private sector is the best place for role players. I Jumped to a large scale RMG Exporter Knit Composite industry Modele Group in 2011, gradually taken responsibilities for their coordination, production operation, planning, supply chain, internal audit, procurement, IT, software and new business development in my journey with them.My prime role was to develop and re-structure every department and set up SOPs to cater good growth trajectory. In 12 years the export earning reached from 10 million USD to 120 million USD per year now. Besides for business diversification Conducted feasibilities on electronics plant, denim mill, jute mill, fashion business, restaurants business, construction business, Caustic & Hydrogen peroxide plants. Along with all export related responsibilities , Company promoted me to the CEO position for their Entire domestic ventures in 2019. Created and launched a luxury fashion brand SOLASTA and leading a to z business and manufacturing for fashion. Modele Group expanded its endeavor to the construction business and I have been selected also for the CEO position for Safer Holdings Limited along with by being the CEO of SOLASTA.To support business and enable entrepreneurs sustainability started business consultancy and Advisory services by establishing SPACEAGE ADVISORS and successfully working with Export industry, fashion and retails, Turn key business setup and international marketing consultancies for Garments industry from 2021.Finally i Moved to Marketing in 2023, started leading HAMS Group for Business Development, image Building, Waste Control, Cost Control and Automation.
