Oversee the special events marketing materials production process in coordination with CI marketing staff and outside vendors. Materials include printed/electronic invitations, event collaterals and web materials. Manage the registration process from initial data base entry to front-line registration at events. Assist the Sr. Director with all event seating through the coordination of seating meetings with pertinent staff and key volunteer leadership. Investigate new technologies to streamline effectiveness and efficiency with registration and seating.Responsible for maintaining event data in Raiser’s Edge. Duties include recording attendance, entering new constituents, updating constituent information, providing up-to-date lists and generating queries and reports as directed. Assist with event research background materials and donor/prospect biographies. Assist Sr. Director and Major Gifts team track follow up strategies for event participants through the moves management process.

Responsible for the planning and implementation of the Fight For Air Climb, O2 Oxygen Ball and LUNG FORCE Walk in the Wisconsin market. Work on these events includes coaching and participant fundraising, strategic campaign communications, overall event logistics, donor engagement, sponsor relations, customer service, social media engagement, in-kind procurement and committee and volunteer management. As a team of three, successfully raised $2.5 million dollars through special events in support of lung health education, advocacy and research in Wisconsin.

While at Stritch I was able to manage a student services team that provided exemplary service to students, staff, faculty and guests. We did this through phone management, direct customer service at an enrollment services desk that in one year tracked over 22,000 interactions providing information on behalf of financial aid, admissions, registration, advising and career services. In addition to managing a high performing team, I was responsible for organizing events for recruitment, as well as, planning and carrying out Stritch's presence at the State Fair for the last 5 years. This included gaining support for over 70 volunteers each year and organizing collateral material, technology, contracts and facilities. I was also responsible for organizing staff social events on little or no budget. I have served on and spearheaded subcommittees for our Enrollment Services professional development series including the first ever health and wellness initiative complete with a couch to 5K program benefiting the Germanfest Run/Walk for the Hungry.
