Throughout my career I have been involved in both day-to-day production support and worked on a wide array of special projects/programs. I have extensive experience in Quality System management and in Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma method deployment. As program and project manager I have lead multiple process improvement projects in both manufacturing and business processes. Key activities have been the conversion of numerous production areas to a lean/flow line process. I have been responsible for the implementation of corporate wide training programs in problem solving, team building, process controls, lean manufacturing and basic statistical methods. I have been a department manager and an individual contributor in a cross functional matrix structured organization. I have had the opportunity to work with all levels within a corporation, with customers, auditors, and suppliers.
