• To provide targeted schools with tailored support in order to meet their needs and raise standards• To demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify areas of development and address these• To provide coaching on a one to one basis both inside and outside of the class room environment• To provide guidance for head teachers, teachers and subject leaders on strategic planning and implementation• Undertake data analysis relating to pupil progress and attainment data e.g. grades; produce provision maps at class level to improve any weak results found• Facilitate the transfer of good practice (e.g. good assessment practices) within schools and from school to school• Plan and deliver courses and workshops to a range of different audiences (e.g. teachers, parents etc), ensure they are tailored to the needs of the audience• To be self motivated and innovative in order to develop and promote materials in-house that will support the development of subject leadership and promote good teaching and learning • To produce written visit notes which detail support provided to schools and outcomes achieved during and since the last visit; demonstrate good organisational skills to ensure these are completed on time and circulated to the relevant stakeholders
