• Developed and implemented processes to govern the publication of Coca-Cola's Operational Requirements based on risk assessment and business prioritization.• Led a team to create, enhance and maintain systems, databases and tools (e.g. KORE website, QEN SharePoints, or communication vehicles) in order to manage, update and control access to technical information while providing accurate and complete communication to field associates and other stakeholders. Customers of our services included technical functions at Corporate, our 18 global business units, over 800 bottlers and around 4,000 suppliers.• Led a team to edit and publish standards, coordinate translation of documents to 5 languages, and manage communication processes with the business units. • Improved processes and tools with focus on our internal customers.• Developed online training modules to support the implementation of global requirements.

• Developed and provided fountain operations training to bottlers and customers across Brazil. • Represented the Brazil Business Unit in the high pressure gases sub-committee of ABNT (the national normative organization in Brazil) to benefit our fountain operations with the use of aluminium cylinders.• Tested and implemented a series of POU (point of use) water treatment technologies to further expand the fountain operations in Brazil. • Developed local supplier and approved Bag-in-Box technology to foster growth of the fountain operations nationwide.
