I am a leader in BCG's Travel, Cities and Infrastructure practice. Within that industry I lead the Travel Tech & Distribution sector globally where I serve GDS players, OTAs and TMCs. I have also worked extensively in the airline, hospitality and theme park spaces. My functional expertise is in the Marketing, Sales and Pricing space. I lead the Loyalty and Membership topic for BCG globally and have supported many clients with loyalty design and implementation. Beyond loyalty, I focus primarily on lower funnel commercial topics including revenue management and travel distribution. Outside of work, I have an addiction to hobbies, including cooking, gardening, cycling and collecting wine amongst a longer list.
