Fresh and Easy was a Tesco plc. subsidiary based in El Segundo, California, with 180+ stores, three state of the art manufacturing sites and a Distribution Center. We had approximately 5000 employees.My role at Fresh and Easy was to drive the recruitment strategy and lead a team of Head Office Corporate Recruiters, the Retail Recruitment Team and Shared Services Recruitment/Admin in India. We recruited for a whole spectrum of disciplines, including; Commercial, Finance, IT, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Marketing and HR (all at junior to Dir/VP level) as well as associates in our stores. I also managed our highly successful intern program.We also assisted in hiring for international talent for the UK (VP/Directors) and Asia (college recruiting).
