All projects had world-class safety records, extremely satisfied customers, and excellent performance to planned schedule and budget goals.PROJECT MANAGER (COSTA RICA) - GREEN FIELD FACTORY Championed the construction of a new $13 Million 40K sqft manufacturing building in Costa Rica; the team completed the operational startup in 10 months & project closeout in 16 months with 650K man-hours worked, a .6 safety recordable rate, $40K under budget, 100% to standards & on schedule. PROJECT MANAGER (OREGON) - INTEL’S RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT FACTORY Managed over $28 Mil of construction activity over 2 years. Led a team of project engineers, designers, and contractors to meet the R&D team’s very fast paced and highly dynamic deliverables. Spearheaded the development of Intel’s R&D tool install design change control process, which reduced the number of RFI’s by 30%, improved funding accuracy by 40% and signaled long lead facility upgrade needs (i.e. new helium gas cabinet) at the earliest phases of the project schedule.PROJECT MANAGER (OREGON) - TOOL INSTALL Managed $10 million out of a $120 million dollar program. Installed over 200+ high tech pieces of equipment within a clean room factory.
