The word "Ecstasy" is derived from the Grk. 'ekstasis', formed of ek (outside or beyond) and stasis (“standing still, stationariness”).We all seek ecstasy, to travel beyond ourselves; yet ecstasy remains elusive. Though it's always there, the intellect cannot access it. Providentially, there are techniques one may 'work' with to reach this sacred space where one is revealed to themselves. I find "ecstasy" to be the most beautiful commodity to offer mankind, and breathwork accompanied by music to be the most direct and powerful way to do it. So I offer it to you as I have received it; I lead individual and group sessions, accessing ecstasy by breathwork led by lights, carried by music, and facilitated by proficient guides whom insure a safe journey and proper integration.
