With a background in Electrical Engineering, the future steps aim towards the broader field of web development.After earning a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering - Power Systems from Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, she embarked on a new journey at the University of Salamanca. In September 2023, she concluded her PhD in Computer Science - Intelligent Systems, harmonizing academic rigor with a keen interest in emerging web technologies. Her thesis focused on developing a decision support system for the optimal management of active communities, facilitating the integration of renewable resources into the power and energy system. Resorting to machine learning algorithms, the major focus of the tool were the customers. By understanding their behavior and finding ways of protecting their privacy, striving for fairness and avoiding discomfort. Her work in the research field has resulted in more than 20 published publications in international journals and conferences, as well as participation in several international and national projects.Now, she is pursuing a different passion - web development. This unique blend of academic excellence and practical experience positions her to bring a fresh perspective to the field. Her flexibility and time management have allowed her to complete several workshops on front-end development, particularly learning more about HTML, CSS, React.js, Bootstrap, git, APIs.
