Served as a Campus Organizer for Deeds Not Words, a statewide non-profit, and as the founding member of Texas A&M - Deeds. Mission is to support women’s social and economic opportunity, access to reproductive health, freedom from sexual assault, and equal representation. Worked as a bridge between the home office and college students to achieve these aims.- Authored constitution of campus chapter, tailoring it to the needs of Texas A&M and ensuring sustainable success- Synergized the abilities of a diverse group of students to found the organization and form solid leadership that will provide a consistent direction for the organization- Collaborated with Campus Organizers from the eleven other campus sites and Deeds Not Words Staff to align goals for campus capstones and to collaboratively plan Advocacy Day- Spear-headed letter-writing project to deliver documented objectives of Texas A&M students to University Administration and Texas Legislators, resulting in 626 signed and delivered letters

Volunteer opportunity led to a paid position with the campaign for the election cycle. Worked with a team of other fellows and reported to Field Organizer. Initially tasked with motivating students to register. Focus then shifted to encouraging students to vote early. - Communicated with more than 20,000 Texans via text through the campaign messaging channel to inform, educate, and empower potential constituents on Congressman O'Rouke’s platform, when to vote, and how to take part in their democracy- Personally called more than 250 Texans through phone banks, using a mastery of the campaign’s agenda to answer future voters’ questions, motivate them to vote, and galvanize existing supporters- Co-hosted phone banks, block-walks, dorm-storms, and debate watch parties to engage a 68,000+ campus of young voters in their democracy and understand the importance of civic participation - Canvassed dozens of neighborhoods, going door-to-door to raise awareness of the upcoming election and where citizens can go to vote - Collaborated with Candidate Linsey Fagan’s House campaign to send thousands of handwritten postcards, announcing Linsey’s challenge for the seat and communicating her platform
