PLEASE READ MY SUMMARY AS ITS TIME FOR THOSE OF US WHO CAN TO HELP GIVE EVERY CHILD AN EQUAL, CARING, INSPIRING AND AMAZING EDUCATIONAL EXPERIEANCE I will cut to the chase, I was in IT Sales for 20 odd years but in the end hated it, fell out of love with it and was fed up with the 'corporate bullshit' that you have to spout. Corporate crap like engage, re-engage, Road Mapping, TCO, In a Nutshell, Deploy, Run the Numbers, Best Practice, Milestones, Going forward, Team Player and Mind Share and being surrounded by very shallow unethical people (sadly i was one of the worst ) who would sell their grandma's for £5 and only give a damm about themselves. To be fair I swung the lead for far to long and to some extent got away with it and I'm not proud of hoodwinking some very decent people but that's life.When I was 40 I escaped for all the mundane, suit wearing, sales fodder bullshit and gave it all up to become a student and studied for 4 years eventually coming out of university with a BA (Hons) degree in History. I have since started a business called WOW Education. My goal is to revolutionise Education by building fun, immersive, hands on and cross curriculum structures that inspire and motivate ALL children to maximise their time in education. I started this business because we seem to have lost just how important imagination is to a child’s development. Einstein once said, "Imagination is more important than knowledge." Imagination is the door to possibilities. It is where creativity, ingenuity, and thinking outside the box begin for child development. Imagination is how children learn about the world and our goal is to turn school environments into inspiring themed areas whereby a child can maximise their imagination and skip to school. Creating these spaces allow every child regardless of their abilities to be inspired to learn. I also use my own challenges with dyslexia to make sure these structures also meet the needs of children who have their own learning and or emotional challenges.Thankfully I am finally doing what I've always dreamed of doing and thousands of kids from all sorts of backgrounds are benefitting from what I do. Come and help me with my Education Revolution and get involved in some way. It’s time to put something back and we need to really rethink how a child's educational experience is delivered.I am ‘Living the Dream’ and helping put smiles on kids faces, giving many children a safe, calm and reflective space and making sure that every single child makes the most of their time in education.
