With over 21 years of service in the United States Air Force, I am a seasoned and skilled leader, instructor, and manager in the fields of education, training, and technology. I hold a Master of Education degree in Educational/Instructional Technology, as well as multiple certifications and awards from the Community College of the Air Force.As a Flight Chief and Senior Personnel Manager, I oversaw a team of 103 service members across 16 unique sections, supporting the maintenance and operation of 28 aircraft worth $2.9 billion. I also directed the back shop aircraft and equipment maintenance efforts of 220 Joint Force service members, executing organizational operational plans and sustaining $64 million annual flying operations. I contributed to eight professional development initiatives, resulting in 16 organizational and individual award wins at the highest levels.As a Detachment Senior Enlisted Leader, I was the sole on-site educational leader, directing 16 accredited instructors, 48 Community College of the Air Force courses, and providing 300 highly qualified technicians in 17 specialties annually to three Major Commands. I directed school operations through a natural disaster, secured alternative facilities and equipment, and returned formal training capability to stakeholders in less than 72 hours. I also overcame COVID-19 restrictions, directing a blended learning model that combined virtual and hands-on instruction, resulting in no lost training capability during the pandemic.I am passionate about learning, teaching, and innovating, and I have a basic understanding of Python, Java, HTML, and VBA, as well as basic computer networking.
