• Responsible for the sales, service and retention of SME deposit and Business with revenue size of $50.MM-100.MM
• Coordinate/lead partner meetings with Mortgage Banker, Relationship Manager, Financial Advisor and Private banking in order to build a firm dedicated team to better serve our customers through a holistic approach.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing small business customers to continually deepen those relationships and achieve small business goals.
• Participates in joint calls with business partners (Cash Management, Merchant & Payroll representatives) to develop customer relationships and support specific product sales across business lines.
• Develop a targeted COI (center of influence) list and have a detailed plan to build relationships that lead to referral business in support of goals.
• Responsible for new business development, portfolio management, credit quality and overall relationship management of an assigned portfolio of customers.
