My years of progressive experience provided the foundation for a career which developed and honed skills in customer relations,start up management, association management, international business development,international project management, Chief Executive Officer,and Chief Operations Officer.My work in domestic business management and international business development and management has made me into an exceptionally well rounded executive in both the for profit and in the non-profit space. My accomplishments and outcomes have provided measurable and hi quality changes and improvements in areas I have touched. Key recent achievement was the development of USSEC Soy Excellence Centers in 5 global locations. These will prove over time to have significant positive impact in soy value chain development leading to increased use of U.S. soy in emerging markets which have severe protein deficiency issues! Not everyone can say that they have left the position/company better than they found it. This and a genuine passion for serving my team(s) makes me different than many others with a similar life path!
