Conducting over 80 seminars and speaking engagements a year, Ed has trained and coached over 3,000 leaders and has the attention of the market on the subjects of training and creating sustainable behavior change in very critical situations. His story begins as an NCAA gymnastic coach where he was charged and fascinated by the process of how people move through fear where he learned that people are rarely effective at managing fear. The critical and often missing component to move people through fear is to understand moving through fear doesn’t take a skill, it takes a reason. Once the reason grows bigger than the fear, the decision can be made to move forward. Ed has translated this experience in coaching elite athletes to coaching leaders and managers into building high performing teams, getting results, and managing change. His relatable analogies and positive inspirational energy moves people to realize achievements and happiness never before imagined. Co-author of the book Getting Into Leadership Shape®, Ed is a genuine student of the behaviors of people who engages others in possibility thinking and challenges others to have courage and take action.
