Self-employed Strength and Conditioning Coach. I work with a number of clients ranging from weight loss clients to semi-professional athletes. I work out of a gym in Stratford-upon-Avon, as well as home visits. Along with face to face training sessions, I also provide online coaching to my clients.

Internship. Assisting the Director of Rugby and other coaches deliver the first Strength and Conditioning program at Warwick School. Working with the rugby and hockey teams to improve their on-field performance. This came in the form of running gym-based sessions providing training programs, working with them 1-1, advising the coaches on how best structure warm-ups.

Freelance strength and conditioning position, which was a contract position. I was working at Motus training while still working with my own clients. I was working with mainly general population clients on a 1-1 basis at the Motus studio. The client's goals ranged from weight loss to improving overall health.

My role was to manage the fitness team, the external instructors and ensure membership sales were on target. This could entail making sure my fitness team was staying up to date on their CPDs, their clients were happy, and gaining new clients. Along with a managerly role, i was tasked with making sure the gym was up to date and clean. I was also responsible for an incentive to get the members more active, such as challenges.
