Key Responsibilities - Own and manage the effective communication flow of all field activity between key stakeholders. - Weekly Field Force Communication to 300 field colleagues highlighting all necessary priorities and business focus for the week - Taking all field team issue escalation and display snagging emails and drive timely resolution, developing the process to streamline and speed up resolution - Delivery of weekly ISDE conference call agenda and questions including analysis of responses - Drive compliance in display, merchandising, POS and promotional standards - Lead the field team input on new display design, working in partnership with store display agencies - Identify and anticipate potential obstacles or trends with display compliance - Manage and coordinate Visual Merchandising Guides and POS to deliver consistency across the field force - Support in any and every way during scheduled VIP visits - Sales cycle and Shopper Journey for ISDE and store colleagues and implementing HQ-agreed changes across the full field force. - Strategic planning for implementation of merchandising with POS in accordance with client expectations on execution timelines and subsequent working with management team to execute plan - Collaborating with field management (RDE/RDM/PDM/ROM) to maintain/improve ISDE performanceAchievements: - National roll-out of new sales cycle and shopper journey for ISDEs, including assessment test and guidance for all field managers resulting in field force buy-in and increased sell out among field colleagues in challenging circumstances - Delivered revision of all display journeys based on new 2018 product changes - Led a successful multi-location/retailer Global VIP visit across 3 days in absence of Head of Field - Achieved all KPIs each quarter always receiving 100% bonus
