I've been fortunate to spend the past 20+ years doing work I've absolutely enjoyed. It has spanned the spectrum from Continuous Improvement (focused on incremental ongoing improvements) to Operational Excellence (aligning people/process/technology across the organization) to Business Transformation (driving change through strategy/structure/process/culture).During my early days as a Six Sigma Black Belt I mastered the "basics" (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, DFSS, Lean Thinking, Workshop Facilitation). Since then I have also attended formal training - and driven results - in practices such as Human-Centered Design, Change Management, Agile, Business Process Management, Automation, Strategy, Organizational Design, and Customer Experience. Lastly, my career has provided exposure to a wide range of industries, to include Aerospace, Computer Manufacturing, Auto Finance, Asset Management, Banking (Consumer, Small Business, and Premier), and Corporate Aviation. Each role I held - regardless of industry - required effective collaboration in matrixed organizations. As such, I was able to deliver results in partnership with leaders and team members from different functions such as Distribution, Channel, Product, Marketing, IT, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, and Human Resources.
