PROJECT MANAGEMENT• Project manage all product launch merchandising, graphics, display product and display materials for all Retail Direct platforms in US, Canada, Mexico and Latin America: Factory, Showcase, SC Lite, Music to Go, Airport Kiosks, In Mall Kiosks.• Manage full store in-store graphic prototype reviews, scheduling, install.• Co-manage in store refresh tests to train 3rd party contractors on installation of graphics and display materials.• Client all in store permanent and product launch graphics in all required languages.• Develop fixture component updates and displayers.• Schedule / manage in-store acoustical reviews of future product with acoustical engineers and product managers.PLANNING• Drive fixture and variant assortment reduction conversations.• Review product placement and venue adjacencies.• Work with the business to determine product mix. • Update fixture database to reflect floorplan changes.• Work with teams to develop budget estimates for Product launches.• Provide forecasts and store distribution lists for all display product and materials for all Retail Direct platforms.CREATIVE• Determine merchandising strategy and product placement.• Work with merchandising and marketing to provide in store photography requirements.• Develop preliminary elevations/plans for alignment and approval of merchandising plans.• Develop final merchandising elevations for all variants 7 Platforms 58 Venues• Provide merchandising, fixturing and graphics solutions to support all new Product launches for all platforms.• Review floorplans to work out fixture placement, variant reduction.• Develop Product Launch scope of work documents for contractors and store staff.• Develop fixture component updates, small displayers, acrylic risers and holders for all new product launches for all platforms.• Research and test new materials to improve Bose in store refreshes.

• Merchandising: In charge of developing and maintaining highly detailed merchandising plan-o-grams.• Fixture Design: Working with vendors to develop merchandising fixtures for the retail direct sores and airport kiosks.• New Stores: Member of the New store team, duties include new store plan-o-grams, merchandising product orders, graphic orders and in-store review of store prior to opening. • Product Launch: Responsible for managing new product launches, including fixture modifications, plan-o-gram updates, graphic development, coordination with tech development and operations. • Future design and planning: Working with multiple divisions on the placement and positioning of future products.

Plan-o-grams: Created and updated plan-o-grams for specialized venues throughout the store, seasonal changes as well as departmental resets.New Stores: Member of the New Store set up team.Product Launch: Worked with buyers on the placement of new products within the store.Graphic Development: Worked with the design department on the creation of in-store promotional graphics.Packaging Design: Designed packaging for numerous Exeter branded products.
