With over 30 years of work experience in the HVAC industry, I have developed strong hands-on technical, customer service management, and operations management skills. My mission is to provide high-quality, reliable, and efficient HVAC solutions to residential and commercial customers. I am currently working as an HVAC Sales professional in the Sacramento region. I value honesty, integrity, and excellence, and I strive to align my work with the company's vision and values. I also bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked with different HVAC systems, companies, and Northern California locations throughout my career.In my current role, I am responsible for conducting HVAC assessments, generating sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with customers. I also provide technical support and guidance to customers and technicians, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. I have successfully increased sales revenue, improved customer loyalty, and enhanced operational efficiency for the company. Some of the skills that I use in my daily work are communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and vast technical knowledge. I enjoy working with customers and colleagues, and I am always eager to learn new things and improve my skills.
