Responsibilities include acting as the main onsite technician, monitoring customer servers, phone support, completing server/computer installation, network troubleshooting/support, email/web hosting support, VOIP support providing excellent customer support. I have experience with working with Windows XP, 7, 8, and 10 as well as Server 2008, 2012 and 2016. In regard to networking, I have set up/installed network infrastructure including working with MetroNet, Comcast and AT&T modems, network switches and various Firewall devices. My experience includes working with Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS services including changing DNS settings on domain registrars. I have worked with WHM, cPanel, Exchange email and POP email. I have worked with 3CX VOIP phone services and have 3CX Advanced Certification.

During this time I provided network support (joining new systems to the domain, troubleshooting connectivity, switch/router troubleshooting, DHCP and DNS support), completed installation/setup of Windows XP/7 systems, experimented with Linux (Mint and Cinnamon), provided software support (Office 2003/2010), and worked with Active Directory (setting up user accounts, resetting passwords, implementing permissions, group policy). In addition, I worked with Exchange server (adding exchange accounts through Active Directory, connecting Outlook to the Exchange server), utilized Remote Desktop to address issues at a satellite office, updated the whitelist/blocked lists in the Mail Foundry spam filter and worked with ESET antivirus software.When hired they were "taking a chance" on someone with minimal experience but as time went on they realized they needed someone with much more experience than I had at the time so they were unable to keep me in this position.
