The ISR Operations SME provides support to the J31 JRB in providing ISR operations expertise on all matters pertaining to ISR capabilities supporting SOF worldwide. The SME also supports synchronization of worldwide SOF ISR operations and missions and monitors SOF ISR readiness and requirements in support of all Command task plans through the appropriate Component and HQ personnel. Organizes, directs, and coordinates contractor support for Special Operations (SWMS, SOF Core, GSA) and other customers for the J31/JRB Division Chief in his absence with SOF AT&L, PEO-Fixed Wing, Non-Standard Aviation and working side by side with the task lead. Provides advice on current ISR operations in support of SOF in each of the Geographic Combatant Command (GCC) areas of operations (CENTCOM, SOUTHCOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, PACOM, NORTHCOM). Assists in operational tasking related to Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) as well as tracking Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) UAS operations and inventories.

Commander of the Joint Intelligence Operations Center USSOUTHERN Command (JIOC-S) providing direct support to CCDR USSOUTHCOM, joint forces throughout the theater, and senior leader’s world-wide. Integrates the capabilities of Service, Combat Support agency (CSA), combatant command, intelligence and select law enforcement agencies, and coalition intelligence assets to coordinate intelligence planning, collection management, analysis and support. Supervised 12 Site and Task Leads and gave support to government and DIA customers and appointed, supervised, and trained Site and Task Leaders overseeing the efforts of personnel supporting customer requirements. Combines all intelligence functions, disciplines, and operations into a single organization, ensures the availability of all sources of intelligence from combatant command, national and coalition resources, and fully synchronizes and integrates intelligence with operational planning and execution. Leads over 275 employees, both military and civilian and manages a $3M operational budget.

• Served as the J2 Director of Intelligence of the Allied Land Command (LANDCOM), a 3 Star multi-national NATO Command Structure Headquarters. • As the Intelligence Director, provided intelligence program leadership to ten subordinate organizations across all of Europe, enabling coordination and communication between those organizations, and with the higher organization and Supreme Allied Command Europe Headquarters on intelligence items of interest/concern and mission.• Led, trained, and directed the largest staff division in the command of 162 intelligence professionals synchronizing all Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) plans & operations supporting the LANDCOM (LC) Commander, staff and 9 NATO Corps Headquarters and 1 Division Headquarters. • Planned, supervised, directed, oversaw, and evaluated the efforts of 175 subordinate employees engaged in intelligence specialist work.• Collaborated and coordinated directly with senior officers, joint executives, and inter-agency partners including EUCOM, USAFRICOM, NATO, Allied Nations and the Intelligence Community.
