Provide alarm surveillance on IpAccess 3G and 2G solutions, Nokia and Ericsson PICO solutions, SpiderCloud 3G, Nokia 4G/LTE Femto; open/close trouble tickets, perform troubleshooting, resolve issues within the scope of tier 1, tier 1.5 and tier 2. Work with Field Operations to recover down nodes, engage LECs for backhaul issues, perform RMAs for faulty hardware, track and inventory IPA spares. Coordinate with other NOC teams.
