CurrentFaculty Development Rollouts and Training:• Lead training efforts for new project rollouts, updates, and strategic initiatives.• Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to effectively address knowledge gaps.Robust Onboarding Strategy:• Evolve and maintain an inclusive onboarding strategy for new faculty members.• Ensure seamless transitions into the university environment.Stakeholder Collaboration:• Foster buy-in and excitement among key stakeholder groups for faculty development projects.• Serve as a thought partner to program owners, aligning training strategies with program offerings.Change Leadership:• Advocate for faculty buy-in during the rollout of new offerings.• Drive positive change within the academic community.Strategic Professional DevelopmentFeedback and Continuous Improvement:• Solicit feedback on training effectiveness.• Analyze participant evaluations and recommend improvements.Professional Development Progress and Auditing• Deliver clear, efficient reports related to faculty training & professional development for accreditation agencies.• Support legal and other university partners to provide clarity around faculty training & professional development.• Manage and drive innovation on the Faculty Profile, a comprehensive database of faculty achievement and progression.Key Skills:Ownership and Accountability: Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.Leadership: Provide guidance to a team of Faculty Development professionals.Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in reports and training materials.Visionary Thinking: Transform the faculty experience through strategic planning.Effective Communication: Excel in oral and written communication.Agility with Technology: Adapt to new tools and processes in a dynamic environment.Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a team
