- In an Agile environment, manage the development and support (DevOps) of several Java based, supply chain transportation software systems which are used to consolidate purchase orders into shipments, select carriers, provide optimum routing instructions, and receive shipment statuses to transport over $70 billion in consumer goods to over 2000 retail stores in the U.S. and Canada. Systems are housed onsite as well as in the Cloud (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) using many technical tools including Aqua Data Studio, GitHub, Eclipse, Spring, Concourse, and Puppet. Systems include a Manhattan Associates Transportation Management System and several custom Java applications including Floor Manager, Ready to Ship, Carrier Invoice Management, Two Tier, Inbound Freight Consolidation, Consolidated Return to Vendor, and multiple web services / batch jobs. In addition to the DevOps team, manage cross-functional teams including data integration (EAI and ETL), quality assurance, database administration, and performance testing. Responsible for developing and implementing process changes to optimize the effectiveness of the team. Team consists of onshore (Austin, TX and Atlanta, GA) and offshore (India) associates in a 24x7 environment. - Managed the development, integration, and support of a custom, Java based, business intelligence application used to provide visibility of all store purchase orders and shipments in the supply chain process to ensure vendor compliance and reduce inventory out-of-stock. Development included the migration from a Java / WAS (WebSphere Application Server) platform to Adobe Flex / Java / Apache Tomcat. Projects were completed using the Scrum methodology of Agile software development. In addition to the development team, managed cross-functional teams including data integration (EAI and ETL), quality assurance, database administration, and architecture. Development team consisted of onshore and offshore associates.

- Led a team of data architects on a CRM system (Siebel) implementation with a focus on developing strategies for data conversions and interfaces from legacy systems.- Maintained client relationships to ensure client engagement.- Clients included TIAA-CREF and Motorola.

- Led configuration and data architecture teams which consisted of internal resources, client resources, and contractors on Siebel System implementations.- Led data conversion/interface efforts.- Wrote Data Architecture Reports that included system conversion/interface models and Data Propagation Reports that included data mappings from legacy data sources into Siebel.- Wrote Application Design Documents for all the configuration tasks and Technical Architecture Reports that included all hardware requirements.- Designed, coordinated, troubleshot and performed data load processes by creating stored procedures and utilizing an Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM) tool.- Created interfaces between packaged software and legacy data sources.- Heavily involved in troubleshooting configuration issues as well as performing unit and regression testing.- Managed time/expense and production support budgets- Projects included implementations of various Siebel verticals: Financial Services, Sales Enterprise, Call Center, and Marketing.- Clients included several FORTUNE 500 companies including General Electric, Pfizer, and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway.
