• Led the pre-development process, including due diligence discovery, site feasibility, zoning analysis, and regulatory compliance during land acquisition on 40+ hospitality sites, resulting in 40% success rate of new Development Management Agreements. • Engaged with city planning officials, local civil engineers, and general contractors to assist in preparing initial development budgets and entitlement schedules for each new site nationwide. • Led the vendor RFP process for each new site, including architect, civil engineer, geotech, and Phase 1 vendors.
