I have the privilege of launching the planned giving program at this comprehensive university of 2,000. Begun in 1968, MVNU serves students from across the country and around the world, and is supported by the Church of the Nazarene districts of Ohio, West Virginia and eastern Kentucky.

Retired on June 30, 2023 from this great job leading the gift planning program for this national liberal arts college of 2300 students; managed a team of 3, worked closely with the 50th and post-50th reunions, and with principal, major and annual giving. Total planned gifts raised were $114-million. The team raised $71-million of planned gifts in a $243-million, 6-year campaign that closed June 30, 2020. The campaign goal was $225-million, with $45-million from planned giving. I oversaw planned giving marketing, compliance and stewardship, and personally managed a national portfolio of planned giving donors, traveling extensively.
