Responsible for the scheduled assembly and final acceptance testing of all ESI laser products.

Managed Systems Checkout and Field Service operations. Supervised 6 engineers and oversaw the delivery of technical support to our worldwide customer base. Managed the scheduling and dispatching of service technicians and coordinated system installations and customer training.
