Too often we would hear things like “go out there tonight and give amazing customer service” or “go the extra mile for each customer and make everyone feel special” but with no practical direction on how to actually achieve these results. So we developed training strategy and courses to do just that. Specific, practical and life changing sums up what we do. We're proud of what we have achieved so far, and the impact our courses have had on our students: not just in their work but in their lives as well.

This role encompasses elements of both role-play and coaching. I have helped many GP's secure their first choice deanery, by enabling them to better understand and communicate with their patients and colleagues. Focusing on self - awareness, behaviour perception and Emotional Intelligence.

Delivering interview technique and communication skills masterclasses to young students about to undergo work placements at companies such as PWC and The Bank of England.
