I managed 5 plant based direct sales reps and several independent field reps. Served as national field and inside sales team manager. Managed Sales Reps in LA, NYC, Chicago, DC and Cincinnati. Also responsible for Estimating, Billing and Customer Service. I travelled extensively, 60%. The last year I was there, I earned a 100% of base bonus.

I had P&L responsibility for this company of 165 employees. This was a successful turnaround situation. Held several positions with this web publication and catalog printing company. Started as VP Admin & HR, promoted to VP Sales and Admin, and then promoted to COO which included Operations.
