I manage day to day operations onboard a Modu (currently an independent leg cantilever style jack up. I advise the Operator (Furie) as needed. I demand a safety culture that is seldom paralleled anywhere. I set achievable goals that are raised on occasion also as needed. Mughal is to do a decent job for the operator and most importantly safely. My discipline for safety is very stern and on occasion has gotten in the way of people jumping and running without thinking of the paramount consequences of their actions. I also am very picky about the equipment and the maintenance it deserves and demands. I have worked in places around the world that even a proper bolt was very hard to get into the country. My main goal is to try to instill the same discipline into my younger people's that are in my realm. I would hope that these men remember what I try to teach them and that they remember me for someone that was trying to better them.

I manage day to day operations; provide leadership, set achievable goals however I raise the bar frequently, see to it that the proper tools are provided, inspect rigs frequently, hire and fire as needed, follow and lead a disciplined safety program and demand the same of all individuals in my realm, advise Sandridge as needed, provide adequate 3rd party craftsmen to continue operations as needed, and schedule major repairs with all personnel as needed. Also am on 24 hour call for 2 weeks on and also continue to take company calls, emails, and texts on my 7 days off.

started out briefly as a Night Toolpusher and was quickly promoted to OIM. For ONGC the OIM also runs the drilling program as well and manages most of the 3rd party jobs like cementing, wellhead activity, and running casing with the Rig Crews.
