Utilized Company's fleet maintenance system to coordinate PM and repair work orders to the field of 2 lead mechanics and 11 field techs. Coordinated a parts and supply inventory for over 1200 pieces of equipment including diesel mud pumps, water pumps, frac tanks, compressors, excavating equipment, light plants and many more. Opened and closed over 3000 work orders in a 10 month period. Communicated with management in Sayre PA and El Reno OK via Microsoft Outlook thru self developed spreadsheets using self recorded macros and pivot tables. Batch loaded equipment hours weekly into the fleet maintenance system so weekly PM work orders could be populated and assured the regularly schedule PMs work up to date.

MSAT Project (Mobil Source Air Toxics) Unit During the Pre Project Phase I procured materials from vendors using the company's purchasing system (PacketPro). Received the material, labeled it for identification and sorted it by project schedule. Developed and inventory spreadsheet for the received in and sign out process. Attended weekly project meetings with the project team lead by Project Engineer and reported all activities of the materials as far as receiving schedule and any possible discrepancies that could cause any issues with the scheduled completion of the project.During Project Phase I issued the materials to the sub-contractor (10 in all) using a sign out tracking method to track all materials used by each sub-contractor and when it was used. I would allocate the materials on the company's purchasing system (PacketPro) so the financial process was completed for the materials. Materials included over 900 engineered pipe spools as small as 3/4" to 30", 20 truck loads of engineered structural steel, 4-40,000 lbs. cooling fin fan units, over 1200 various valves ranging from 1/2" to 30" in size and for several different applications from water to acid, pipe insulation, gaskets and many more.

Work directly with Contractors to oversee 9 office upfits in both North and South Carolina in one year and report issues to the Business Operations Manager. Discuss changes needed during the building phases with the Contractor and BOM and any change order cost. As Facility Coordinator I would oversee any maintenance issues in 70 different offices such as HVAC, painting, safety issues, storm damage, alarm system issues, etc. Contact the vendors to do the repairs. Take bids form contractors for remodeling issues and discuss with the BOM.This was a 70% field position and I was on call 24 hours a day.
