Working with partners and shareholders, created Phoenix Music Publishing and funding sources for the acquisition of music and entertainment assets.

Following my experience in commercial lending, worked on various consulting and business projects spanning a number of different industries including: food franchise, off-airport parking, sunglass merchandising and national distribution, sourcing consumer product(s) manufacturing overseas, residential and commercial construction, CMBS retail property acquisition and management, etc.

Montereau in Warren Woods (501c-3) – formed by The William K. Warren Foundation; engaged to assess the scope of retirement living and long term care options in Tulsa and the State of Oklahoma, and make development recommendations. Prepared the initial feasibility study for an assisted living community; conceptualized and championed upgrading to a full scale CCRC concept with an overall capitalized project cost of approximately $110 million. The leadership role in virtually all aspects of project’s conceptualization, team engagement, development, sales and marketing and initial integration with Saint Francis Health System. Montereau won a national award in the senior living industry, and as of 2012 completed a significant second phase for IL, AL and SNF/memory. Responsibilities included: > Developing and then refining the initial senior living concept> Identifying, selecting and engaging the development team members> Negotiating development team member contracts> Leadership role among team members and project oversight> Owner’s approval responsibility of virtually all architectural, design and financial related issues> Oversight and negotiation of nursing bed licensing and acquisition> Oversight of all contract negotiations> Oversight of project budget and variances.
