This team inspects all product to verify it meets specifications. When issues are found they work with process engineer and operators to quickly resolve before additional product was produced. Implemented daily MRB review of product being produced in the press room. Any issues found during review would be acted upon as a group and resolved before further product was produced. This gave management the opportunity to see the quality issues and improvements occurring in this area. Worked with production supervisors to increase operator’s ownership in the quality of product they produce by implementing additional in process inspections the operators are required to complete on each lot and record the data electronically. o Managed the First Pass Yield Team.  Maintained and updated RAIL (Rolling Action Item List) which helped to keep the team on track with the status and ownership of all the open actions.
